Hello!
Developing THE GAME OF TWO HALVES® has been a real labour of love. As a family we've spent many an hour dreaming up the game, creating the prototype, and playing it over and over again with family, friends (and friendly strangers!) to refine it. And now we're thrilled to be working with the fantastic folks at The Fantastic Factory, to design the game, produce it and bring it to market.

Mason Sloneem (the son)

At just 11-years old, Mason already has a wealth of board game experience behind him. Born with the family gaming gene (both board and video), he's been an avid board-gamer all his life and has mastered the art of winning like no other - for no matter how tricky the opponent, Mason rarely loses. When not playing or inventing board games, Mason can be seen playing FC25 on his Playstation 5, playing or watching football or undertaking all sorts of brain straining challenges.
Jon Sloneem (the dad)

As joint Chief Game Inventor, Jon has revelled in his time playing and inventing games with his son, Mason. This quality time together has fostered a brilliant relationship, where both are tuned into creating the most fun and playable games, seamlessly working together to solve all challenges along the way. Jon is passionate and enthusiastic, with a restless spirit to create something special. Away from the game board, Jon loves spending time with the family and watching football.
Fia Sloneem (the daughter)

Fia played an integral role in developing THE GAME OF TWO HALVES®, spending countless hours play testing the game and putting up with Mason and Jon 'talking tactics'. And even though Fia isn't a football fan and totally doesn't understand the rules, she gave a massive thumbs up (two actually) to the game after it passed her stringent tests with flying colours. Fia has also revelled in her role of Chief of Videography, filming Mason and Jon playing the game to create the video to send to the publishers which set us off on our merry way to publication. When not play testing or videoing, Fia loves all things skincare, dancing, TikToking, making people laugh with her jokes and all sorts of arts and crafts.
Lisa Sloneem (the mum)

Lisa played a pivotal role in the development of THE GAME OF TWO HALVES®, giving her direct and honest feedback during play test sessions to ensure Jon and Mason's wild ideas didn't get the better of them. She's been super supportive, and has even started to brush up on her football knowledge so that she doesn't feel left out of the football conversations that dominate the household.
When not keeping a close eye on Jon, Mason and Fia, Lisa loves all things makeup (she's a makeup artist), baking cooking - where she was recently described as 'The Haaland of food' - an accolade she's super proud of.
